SHIPPING
Energy Freedom offers a variety of shipping methods as listed below as well as free ground shipping on many of our products. Any items that qualify for free shipping will be identified on the product listing page. Shipping times are based on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding Holidays and weekends. Depending on your order, your purchase may arrive in multiple packages. For orders with a value of $200 or more, a signature may be required. If you would like to waive the signature requirement, you must let a representative know as soon as possible at info@energyfreedomllc.comPlease note that not all items are eligible for Two Day or One Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.
Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.
Any orders in need of replacements due to shipping errors or damages in shipment will be sent out via ground shipping. Replacement orders cannot be expedited.
We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new Energy Freedom products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

Ground: Ground shipping typically takes between 3-5 business days.Two Day: Two Day shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if placed by 12:00pm PST on a business day or processed the following business day if placed after 12pm PST. All orders must have a valid street address, expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Not all items are eligible for Two Day shipping due to size, weight, hazardous materials, and delivery address.
One Day: One Day shipping is available for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Freight: Panels larger than 200 Watts must be shipped by freight. Please note that return orders by freight will have a $500 charge for delivery and return transportation ($250 each way).

Energy Freedom can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam via USPS for small parcels and UPS 2nd Day for larger packages, but cannot ship solar panels over 320W. There is typically a surcharge.
